These terms govern your use of Replyburst (the "Service") — the web app and browser extension that draft and post replies and posts to X (Twitter) on your behalf. By creating an account or installing the extension, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Replyburst finds relevant posts and generates AI drafts in your voice. Posting happens through your own logged-in browser session via the extension — you choose which replies to publish (in the Engage deck) or enable hands-off automation on a schedule. You are responsible for the content that is published from your account.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must comply with X's Terms of Service and automation rules. You are responsible for keeping your activity within reasonable, human-like limits.
- You must own or be authorized to manage the X account you connect.
- You may not use the Service to post spam, harassment, illegal content, or to impersonate others.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Accounts & credits
Some features consume monthly AI credits based on your plan. Credits reset on a rolling 30-day window. Free-plan limits, paid plans, and the one-time Lifetime Deal are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
4. Payments & refunds
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal and retain access through the end of the paid period. One-time purchases (including the Lifetime Deal) are non-recurring. If something isn't right, contact us — we handle refund requests case by case.
5. Third parties
The Service relies on X, our AI provider (OpenAI / Anthropic), and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by these platforms — including any rate-limiting or suspension of your X account.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific growth results, and we are not liable for any action X takes against your account. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
